At Creative Doorway®, we’re not just launching a campaign — we’re launching a philosophy. One that challenges the commodification of creativity, and reclaims identity-driven storytelling in an era ruled by AI shortcuts and formulaic messaging.

This campaign will be led by James Buzzacco, our Director of Production, whose voice will serve as the centerpiece of a multi-platform video series speaking directly to high-level decision-makers. But before the world hears it — we need to sharpen the message.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who understands how language moves people, how buyer psychology drives decisions, and how brand leaders decode messages in cluttered markets. Your job is to analyze the market’s language, the gaps in it, and the emotional hooks that resonate with high-trust buyers — then help shape James’s talking points around those truths.

This is a consultative role — not day-to-day publishing. You’ll work closely with our internal creative team to ensure every video we create starts from a place of strategic clarity and market relevance.

Qualifications

  • Analyze current brand agency language and messaging trends — what’s converting, what’s oversaturated, what’s lost meaning

  • Study the voice of customer: marketing directors, brand executives, wellness founders, biotech entrepreneurs, etc.

  • Identify gaps between how agencies speak and what decision-makers actually trust

  • Help prioritize and shape core talking points James should cover on video

  • Provide input on emotional angles, differentiating language, and content framing based on audience psychology and campaign intent

  • Track early content performance and audience feedback to refine messaging over time

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years experience in brand messaging, strategic content, or creative audience insight

  • Deep understanding of buyer psychology and content positioning

  • Proven success crafting or advising thought leadership, campaigns, or messaging frameworks

  • Ability to analyze competing narratives and recommend sharper, more resonant angles

  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, philosophy-driven messaging, and working with creative founders or visionaries

  • Bonus: Experience in creative agency, brand strategy, or founder-led content
