We are looking for a new contractor to add to our team and utilize their strong skills in creating 3D character animations mixed with realistic scenes. We are looking for multiple team members on this project depending on skillset will determine responsibilities.

Creative Doorway was founded in 2014 with a very specific motivation. “We simply refuse to showcase our client’s products and services in the linear grass roots advertising formulas of yonder years,” explains owner and director James Buzzacco. “Instead, we are leveraging our award-winning cinema filmmaking and branding accolades to create a more personal and relatable human condition story campaign for a new generation of consumers; those that have evolved away from the era of direct solicitation.

Qualifications
- 3D Generalist
- Ability to render photo realistic scenes, animations, products, packaging, etc
- Strong ability in character development, especially fur
- Ability to sync audio with character lip movements
- Strong ability in lighting 3D lighting
- Strong texturing and image mapping skills
- Proficiency in 3D animation, rigging, and lighting.
- Proficiency in 3D software (Maya Preferred, 3DsMax, cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or equivalent)
- Ability to use cross platforms
- Strong animation ability
- Capabilities of rendering out 3D animations etc. (short clips, images)
- Attention to detail and creative problem solving
- Strong autonomy, and ability to maintain high quality and consistent progress without constant supervision
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create and follow storyboard to furnish scenes
- Execute animations, match character lips to VO
- Refine model, add texture, and light scenes with various product layouts
- Create high quality photorealistic scenes, models, etc
- Work closely with Art/Creative Director to maintain artistic cohesion across all concept and final assets
- Collaborate with other Creative Doorway artists, designers, and animators to take the concepts to final
- Communicate effectively with the team to fulfill the campaign’s visual goals
- Render high quality scenes efficiently
Contract Compensation: $2,000-$10,000 (Contract term and price will depend on campaign needs)
